Who We Are
HealthFlux is a Linnflux company. We build and maintain websites for healthcare practices — behavioral health, primary and specialty care, and outpatient rehab — with teams in Central Pennsylvania, Western New York, and Selma, Alabama.
Linnflux, Inc. has been building websites since 2014. HealthFlux is the part of that practice aimed squarely at providers, because healthcare sites carry obligations a general business site does not.
Why a Separate Practice
A restaurant site and a clinic site are not the same product. Yours needs a provider directory people can filter, insurance information that is actually current, intake that never touches protected health information, and — if you bill Medicare or Medicaid — a website built to the WCAG 2.1 AA standard Section 504 names, with documentation to match.
That is more work than a five-page brochure site, so it costs more and it is priced separately. If your practice truly needs a simple site without any of that, our general service at flux.cc costs less, and we would rather point you there than oversell you.
How Updates Work
Every practice gets a dedicated email address. When something changes — a provider leaves, you add a Saturday clinic, your accepted-plan list shifts — email it in plain language. Most updates go live within minutes. No CMS to learn, no tickets to file, no one at your front desk needing a login.
What We Will and Won’t Claim
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA and ship the accessibility statement, feedback channel, and remediation log that go with it, through our compliance practice ADA Web Work. We will not tell you that makes your practice compliant. Compliance is a legal conclusion about your whole organization, not something a web vendor can hand you. What we can do is make the website portion right and document it.
Secure by Design
Our sites have no database to hack, no plugins to patch, and no admin login to brute-force. We never store, transmit, or process PHI — intake routes straight into the systems you already run, which keeps the website itself outside HIPAA scope. Less complexity means less to attack.
